The Barn is close to popular Cotswolds spots like Blenheim Palace, Chipping Norton, Bicester Village, Silverstone & a perfect post-festival decompression bolt-hole.

We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Located in the original farm yard of Manor House Farm, in the heart of the Cotswold village of Duns Tew, the stables have been carefully remodeled to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The building is tucked in the corner of the old farmyard in a secluded spot and has a small south facing patio area perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening sun. Duns Tew is an ideal location to explore the Cotswolds, and is within 30 mins of Oxford, Blenheim Palace and Bicester village.

This quaint old cottage is in a picturesque, unspoilt little village surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside. It would make a lovely base for a weekend or longer break. Lots of great walks right on your doorstep and less than half an hour from the dreaming spires of Oxford and the outstanding beauty of the Cotswolds. This is an ideal place to unwind and recharge, but please be aware that the narrow twisting staircase would be very challenging for anyone with mobility issues.

It has a small private garden situated in a stunning private courtyard setting. It’s a gateway to the Cotswolds in luxury accommodation, close to Blenheim, Daylesford, Diddly Squat & Silverstone. Surrounded by beautiful woodland and set back from the road, enjoy a peaceful stay where you can truly relax. ​ With a fully fenced front and back garden we are perfectly set up for young families and dog owners alike.  ​Built in 1882 and sympathetically renovated in 2023 these old farm workers cottages have long been a single dwelling but still hold the stories of years gone by. 

The Mirror Houses - Cubley

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.

The Loft at Lower Farm

The Loft is part of a large complex of traditional Cotswold stone barns, built as a model farm over 200 years ago. It is situated above our stable yard in the centre of a working farm. On one side from the window you’ll probably see horses coming in for breakfast, the other side has views over the riding arena and farmland. Not suitable for infants and children under 12.
