Mini Studio Apartment in Iconic Converted Church

This mini studio apartment combines reasonable rates with great facilities and a coastal position. The double bedroom has an ensuite shower room which leads into a third room which is equipped with a lounge/snack area comprising microwave, kettle, a toaster and a fridge. Whilst not suitable for "serious" cooking, these facilities will enable you to make snacks or reheat takeaways. A continental style breakfast is supplied, to be eaten in this room or on the shared guest terrace as you prefer.

The Cathcart Room, Lochinver Guest House

The Cathcart room is a bright comfortable room on the first floor of Lochinver Guest House with a double window overlooking the leafy Park Circus. The comfortable but compact double room has a standard double bed and is beautifully furnished with antiques. There is a private bathroom separate from the bedroom, which has a compact shower cubicle and toilet facility. This is accessed across the public landing and down a few steps. We provide complimentary bathrobes and slippers for our guests.

Double Shared Bathroom at Carlton Seamill B&B

A mid-Victorian, stone-built house of great charm and character, offering "homestay B&B" for our discerning guests. We provide friendly, traditional Scottish hospitality with the personal touch. Carlton is located in the residential coastal town of West Kilbride, a stone's throw from Seamill Hydro Hotel, and Seamill's picturesque, sandy beach. In the annual Scottish Hospitality Awards, Carlton Seamill B&B has twice been voted Winner in the category "Scottish B&B of the Year".

The Wallace Room, Lochinver Guest House

The Wallace room is a comfortable super-king double or twin bedded room (can be configured either way - let us know when you book if you have a preference) and is situated on the second floor of Lochinver Guest House, up two full flights of stairs, with walk in wardrobe, and en-suite with shower and toilet. The room has a high view of the leafy Park Circus with its beautiful Victorian villas, and you can see the Wallace Monument across the rooftops from the double window too.

Ensuite Double Room with Sea views

Relax in a comfortable double room with ensuite bathroom, in a spacious bungalow, designed to make the most of the beautiful countryside and sea views. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, tea and coffee facilities, and easy parking. Peaceful coastal spot near beaches, Portencross Castle, and West Kilbride. Friendly hosts, quiet surroundings, and a relaxed, scenic vibe. English and French tuition is provided by Liz, registered teacher via a verified UK and International School.

Beach is minutes walk away, also minutes walk to Ayr town centre, shops, bars, restaurants and Ayr Racecourse. Perfect base for those without a car as walking distance to centre. 7 miles from Royal Troon golfcourse and 15 miles to Turnberry.

The Montgomery Room, Lochinver Guesthouse

The Montgomery room is a comfortable super-king double or twin bedded room (can be configured either way - let us know when you book if you have a preference), and is situated on the second floor of Lochinver Guest House, up two full flights of stairs, with walk in wardrobe, and spacious en-suite with shower and toilet. The room has a south-facing view over the rooftops to the Carrick Hills and is a lovely bright room.

The Hunter Room, Lochinver Guest House

The Hunter room is a comfortable and cosy room situated on the second floor of Lochinver Guest House, up two full flights of stairs. It is beautifully furnished with antiques and has an en-suite with shower and toilet. The comfortable bed is a double bed. The Hunter room has a skylight window as this room is in the attic with sloping ceiling above the bed and full height ceiling above other areas of the bedroom.

The Kennedy Room, Lochinver Guest House

The Kennedy room is a bright, spacious comfortable room on the first floor of Lochinver Guest House with a large south facing window overlooking the courtyard to the back of the house, and an en-suite with shower. The comfortable bed is a king-size double. The room is furnished in solid antique pine to compliment the blue tones of the fabrics and walls.

The Cunningham room, Lochinver Guest House

The Cunningham room is our most spacious room with a bay window overlooking Park Circus. It is situated on the first floor up one flight of stairs and has an en-suite with shower and toilet. The comfortable bed is a four-poster king-size double. The Cunningham room is stylishly furnished with antiques and beautiful fabrics.
