It also features a seamless indoor-outdoor flow to the spacious back yard with large pool and 2nd patio off the den with small sitting area, water fountain and plants everywhere. The house sits next to a grade school in a quiet neighborhood in a quaint cul-de-sac.

450+ square foot 1926 Spanish-style newly renovated guesthouse in Toluca Lake. Detached from the main house with living room, dining area, kitchen, separate bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and bathroom. A private patio in the back of the guesthouse provides access to the pool/jacuzzi. Pool is not heated. The jacuzzi heats up to 104 degrees in 45 minutes to an hour.
