As of august 2026 we are in the top 1% of homes and we would love to host you on our beautiful farm. We have a small flock of the cutest sheep in the world. We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.

Located on a north facing ridge with spectacular views of whale island and surrounding bush land , Water is from a pristine spring,tested 100% pure ( no chemicals ) Modern kitchen to bring out the creativity in you . Home heating is provided by a beautiful freestanding fire fuelled by wood harvested from the property sustainably while hot water is from our solar system ( bathing in the sunshine )
