The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

There is a private room with private shower/ bathroom. Guests have access to foyer, entrance area, full kitchen and the back porch off of the kitchen. Guests are allowed to use anything that is in the kitchen and have access to the entire bottom floor of house.
