From its unique interior wall of huge boulders to the soaring post and beam construction, Boulder House is bolder in every way. It's a rare combination of peace, solitude, and luxury in a beautiful and secluded setting within the 250-acre Lakefalls estate. The very private deck overlooks "Chandler Meadow" and 11,000 acres of conserved land and water, with stunning views from the sunken tub and outdoor shower. The Lodge at June Farms is a stunning, rustic, open-floor-plan retreat. The screened-in front porch looks down onto our beautiful horse pasture. This main cabin is our most romantic cabin on the property. Our gigantic rain shower in the bathroom has an 8'x5' wall mirror and a French door that opens out to the forest. If you are a cook, this cabin is a chef's dream. If this cabin is booked, take a look at the 3BR Farmhouse, you'll LOVE IT. It has a hot tub in the winter and pool in the summer!

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.
