The water is the best in PEC, south facing for all day sun , shallow and has a sandy bottom for 100ft in all directions. Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

A comfortable, functional space with full kitchen, desk/work area, bedroom with queen bed and double closets. Livingroom with smart TV ( Netflix, Roku, Crave & more), electric fireplace, fold-down couch/queen bed. Strong (Bell Fibe 1.5 gb) Wifi. A short stroll to the best Cobourg has to offer (Victoria Park & Beach, West Beach Boardwalk, shops and restaurants). Driveway parking on site for 1 car.

Solar generator and battery powered lanterns throughout the cabin for light at night. Pretty and modern outside bathroom (outhouse) located steps from cabin.
