A unique comfy stay, surrounded in wildlife in a dark skies area, relax away from it all in a quiet, young woodland in 1 of 4 Yurts . We are small family run site offering a beautiful stay in a traditional Mongolian yurt on the outskirts of Northumberland National Park. There is a private bathroom, just a short 50 mtrs walk and a shared kitchen area Located a scenic 15 minute drive (6miles) NW of Rothbury. Stand alone, wild, off-grid woodland pod

300 yards walk across the fields and over 2 stiles, from the car parking area, totally off-grid camping pod, with solar panel for lighting and USB phone charging, a composting loo and gas shower. Situated in a stunning bluebell wood, with breathtaking views of Cheviot, Simonside and the Coquet Valley. The Pod stands alone, with just the abundant wildlife to share the woods with. The pod is very basic with no heating, a 2-ring gas hob and small sink, and a fire pit area with fallen wood for fuel.

Atelier was inspired by painting holidays in France. It is a spacious studio at Hylands providing a base for escape, rest and adventure. It is cosy with a wood burner, uses high quality materials throughout, curated with love and care. It's 12 minutes walk to Kendal's many independent shops and restaurants, and 5 minutes to our local pub, the 'Riflemans Arms'.

This stylish Pod is perfectly positioned above Edlingham Vale, with the Simonside hills beyond. Deep in the heart of North Northumberland, amenities in Alnwick and activities are just a 10 minute drive away. Next to the Pod, there is parking for 2 cars. Our Pod overlooks the hilltop Farm Steading of Overthwarts, giving panoramic views of the countryside. With your own private gated entrance, you can come and go as you please or enjoy the views from the comfort of the wood fired Kirami hot tub.

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. Moonraker is our cosy narrowboat for luxury glamping, set into the hillside with views all around and Dark Skies which you can enjoy from the Hot Tub, All linen and towels provided. Shower and toilet in the bow of the boat. Kitchen with everything you would need. Fire pit, bbq, garden furniture outside. 5 minute drive to our local pub for bar meals, 10 minutes to the coast & Alnwick Castle & Gardens. Please note there is an additional charge for use of the hottub .
