La Closerie "Gite les bolets"

Au cœur de la forêt, découvrez la quiétude du gîte "Les Bolets" sur notre domaine de 1,8 hectare, avec notre résidence principale et le gîte "Les Girolles". À proximité, les châteaux de la Loire, Center Parc "Les Bruyères", le parc équestre de Lamotte-Beuvron, le Pôle des Étoiles à Nancay et le Zoo Parc de Beauval. Idéal pour une escapade ou des vacances, détendez-vous dans la piscine chauffée de mi-juin à mi-septembre, et profitez également du terrain de pétanque pour des moments conviviaux.

Le Vieux Pressoir

Situé au milieu des vignes et en proximité des châteaux de la Loire, le Vieux Pressoir est un lieu de repos, de détente et de convivialité. Les producteurs locaux de vins, de fromages et de fruits et légumes sont présents. La Loire, les châteaux de Cheverny, Chambord et Blois, le golf de Cheverny (18 trous), le spa Caudalie sont situés entre 5 et 15 minutes du Vieux Pressoir. Le Zoo de Beauval est à 20 km. De nombreux circuits de marche et vélos sont accessibles à partir de la maison.

La propriété, située à 400 mètres du parc national de Chambord, vous accueille dans un espace naturel traversé par la rivière « Le Cosson », d’où vous pourrez partir à la découverte des châteaux prestigieux de la Loire, du zoo de Beauval et de ses villes historiques environnantes. Nous vous recevrons dans notre habitat dont le jardin avec ses différentes espèces d’arbres compose un arborétum qui favorise le calme, le repos. La piscine est à disposition du gîte et des 2 chambres d'hôtes.

Located a few kilometers from Romorantin-Lanthenay, in the heart of the Sologne, the cottages of the little Nocfond are charming buildings, surrounded by a fantastic park. The educational farm, the many activities on site and the project as a whole are led by a former Parisian Chief cook, who wanted to offer an authentic, close to nature experience. Whether you like walking or swimming, shooting or flying with your drones, or just are nature lovers, you will feel good in Nocfond.

18th century manor near Bourges

This unique house was built at the end of the 18th century by a noble family of the Berry province. It remains in the same family. It is 10km away from Bourges, which was for a few years, during the one Hundred Years’ War the capital of France. It had one of the most impressive cathedral, listed in the world heritage list of the UNESCO, and a unique civil gothic palace, the “palais Jacques cœur. Nearby are the famously vineyards of Menetou-Salon and Sancerre.

Our beautiful residence near the Châteaux de la Loire and the Beauval zoo is called Villa Eribelle. Rich in its warm setting, the Villa offers quality services has a swimming pool, a pond for fishing enthusiasts and a fireplace to enjoy it even in winter. Very close to shops and the city center, you will never feel lost. A change of scenery will be assured from the first glance on this fully equipped 17th century farmhouse and for the happiness of all.

In a green and quiet setting, 12 km from Orléans, 2 steps from the Loire and on the "route des châteaux", pretty modern outbuilding backing onto the owners' house, consisting of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with private toilets and bathrooms, a kitchen equipped to prepare breakfast and simple meals, a private terrace accessible from the bedrooms and from the kitchen, a heated swimming pool open from May 1st to September 30th.
