As we share the garden space, no hosting of guests / events / gatherings on the property. There is a lovely park with BBQ ‘S a 5 min walk on the esplanade.

Only 5 minutes walk to Sandgate Village with Moreton bay beyond, and just 250m from Sandgate Station.
