If you do not like to walk, the bus stop is only 300 m away. The apartment has a large well-equipped kitchen, cosy living room with 42" TV and big balcony BBQ and great views. A self contained flat in our house near Danmarksplass, 25 minutes walk from the town centre. Built in the 1930's, the flat is a bit 70's. We are in the process of doing it up. The beds are new. The double bed in bedroom one is 160cm, the bed in bedroom 2 is 120 cm (ok for 2 if you are good friends), the other 80 cm (in the sittingroom). The cooker is new. The bathroom has heated flooring. There is a big desk in the sitting room and a small balcony overlooking Bergen valley.

You can definitely get around by public transport, however, a rental car will normally be preferable.
