Tranquil Windsor Hideaway

Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Hicks Farm accomodation

Hicks Farm accommodation offers a unit that has a bedroom and living room with your own bathroom 15m away along the outside deck. You are sharing the property with our family, the pet sheep and the local kiwi. We are a 20min walk from the centre of Oban, with hills. Please consider this before booking, if you don't like walking, in town might be more suitable. Transfers are available with Aurora cabs, please contact them direct. If walking, backpacks are best and don't forget your rain jacket.

Ringaringa Beach Cottage, comfortable whole house

Very quiet location with a welcome to overseas and New Zealand visitors. Families welcome but parents are asked to remember that although the road has little traffic, the property is not fenced. We have the greatest sea views, plenty of land and pelagic birds to spot with many simple and more challenging walks available, very like New Zealand used to be. Whare manu, boutique cottage.

Whare manu is a private, self contained boutique cottage that is solar powered. Set back into native bush with views of the sea and beach, which is only a minutes stroll away. Watch the Tui's and Bellbirds feed on the sculpted bird feeder right on the deck. Designed for couples to relax, unwind and enjoy. No children please. If you would like your stay to include the 24 Dec please contact us, we can open for you, there are no checkouts on 25 Dec & a min 2 night stay. This is a unique place.

Huge 4 bedroom house, with main bedroom ensuite Large conservatory, great for star gazing at night, and chilling out during the day. Kiwis are on the property, they feed on the lawn at night, and visits by the White Tail deer, will give you a great Island experience. All rooms in the house centrally heated by radiators. Welcome to Anne Street a small but perfectly formed standalone house. Newly renovated and super stylish - Scandi with a nod to the 70's. Fully fenced and private in a great location. Anne Street is a quick 20 minute walk to the central city and a 10 minute walk to our favorite restaurant Buster Crabb. There is bike and walking tracks right across the road and a small park for the children. This special wee house has a really great feel - we think you'll love it!

Beautiful 4 bedroom house on the beach at Horseshoe Bay. Stunning views. Huge lounge, with a conservatory, overlooking the beach. This house is a great place to have a family holiday, with heaps of room for the kids. Please be aware that the cell phone coverage is only Telecom, 027 and can be patchy at the house. Charming self contained studio on Herbert Street, in the northern suburbs of Invercargill, renovated with style, comfort and an emphasis on cleanliness. Please note breakfast is not provided, although we do have a few treats for our guests. Peter & I live next door and happy to help with queries etc. Just a few minutes from the Windsor shops, including New World. The main shops are only 10 minutes away, as is most of Invercargill!
