Fixer Upper Producers House : Matsumoto Farm

Stay at the Producer of FIXER UPPERS home built for the finale of season 4. A 20 minute drive to Waco it’s the perfect retreat. This home is family friendly and ideal for entertaining family and friends. It has a beautiful open concept kitchen with plenty of cooking essentials, 2 full baths with a rain shower in the master, original bunk beds seen on TV, huge yard great for kids complete with play structure, basketball court and a small gym. Includes pack and plays and high chairs for families.

Nestled in a serene and secluded setting, this fully furnished home provides a peaceful retreat where you can reconnect with nature and create lasting memories. We're off the beaten path, but near Magnolia & the Silos, Baylor, Cameron Park Zoo, ExtraCo Event Center, Downtown Waco, Spice Village, Texas Ranger Museum, and the Dr. Pepper Museum

Blue Vista, lake view, hot tub, fenced yard

Nested on a bluff overlooking the lake, Blue Vista is a cheerful house with a relaxed personality. Enjoy the amazing view, fully-stocked kitchen, oversized jacuzzi, fire pit, and outdoor dining. Work remotely, go fishing, and finish each day watching the sunset from the ambient-lit hot tub. Blue Vista is a quiet retreat in a peaceful setting. With that in mind, we can not accommodate requests for those intending to host loud parties or crowds. Pet fee of $100 per booking. Dogs only please.

Barndo Mini Inn - open concept efficient space

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Just minutes away from all the Waco area attractions, at Woodway, Texas. Newly upgraded shower and floors. Featuring an open space with a queen size bed, a full size futon, and a cute nook with a twin bed. Kitchen includes a microwave, toaster oven, two cooktop burners, and instant pot. Willow Spring Farm is a peaceful, gated acreage ideally located near Baylor University, downtown Waco, and the Silos District. Approximately 2 miles to McLean Stadium; approximately 3 miles to the Silos. Private parking right outside your door. The Carriage House is separate from the main house, and the barn. It's a piece of the country right outside the City. Have your morning coffee in a peaceful setting, then spend your days at Baylor events, or shopping in the Silo District.

Convenient Country Retreat (12 miles to downtown)

Enjoy a peaceful stay at this quiet, spacious guesthouse. This unique property is minutes from Woodway and Hewitt Drive with convenient access to food and fun! Only 12 miles from downtown Waco, take advantage of all the city has to offer and then retreat to the quiet nights of Lorena. This one bedroom, private building is separate from the main house. The bedroom, bathroom, and main area all have separate entrances. The living area has a queen-sized sofa bed for additional guests.

The A-frame's architecture adds character and provides a cozy atmosphere with abundant natural light. Enjoy the outdoor area complete with a soaking tub, fire pit, and hot tub. The Getaway-A Southern Chic Farmhouse Style Home with Pool

Embrace the quaint countryside vibe of this cute guesthouse. The cottage features neutral tones, contrasting motifs. Enjoy a cozy fireplace in the master bedroom, a spiral staircase up to a loft bedroom, and a shared backyard with a hot tub, salt water pool, and fire pit. A fully stocked kitchen, cable TV and games help you relax and enjoy your time here. The pool is open from May through September. Relaxing hot tub can be heated year- round.

Farm View Guesthouse

Take a break and unwind at our peaceful oasis. Though we're just one mile out of McGregor and 20 miles from downtown Waco, you will feel like you've gotten away from it all. We have 23 lovely acres with a spring-fed creek, a quarry pond, and lots of friendly animals to talk to. Your apartment was built in 2017 and set apart from the main house. We are here if you need anything at all.

Forget your worries in a peaceful country setting. Relax on the front porch with rockers and a chiminea, A patio with BBQ grill, great for enjoying nature and night stargazing. One bedroom, bath & half, barndominium with a full kitchen. 15 minutes to Baylor, Downtown Waco, and Magnolia Silos and tons of other quaint shops and eateries. Please no pets!

ReCoop Ranch

We have raised 5 kids and over 300 foster kids on this ranch. It has seen it share of victories and its share of defeats. Heard much laughter and seen many tears. It is a foundation we call home.
