We are a short drive to Vevay and Warsaw, and basically 45 minutes from Cincinnati, Louisville, Aurora, Lawrenceburg and Madison. Visit local wineries.

Elk and water buffalo love to take a swim in the pond that Elk Ridge overlooks as well. Enjoy the natural scenery in the evening around a firepit on the waterfront deck. Relaxing Houseboat off the Ohio River, Near Casino

This houseboat is in a unique setting on the water right off the Ohio River with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The grounds are available for use along with a shelter house with table, chairs, extra bathrooms and grills. You can take a pontoon boat ride on the River for a $75 donation per hour, kayaks are $25 per kayak including the lifejacket. Floating oasis on beautiful Norris Lake at Straight Creek Dock in New Tazwell, TN. Newly remodeled and fully furnished floating house on Straight Creek Boat Dock on Norris Lake. The floating house is a one bedroom, one bath property. The dock includes a gas grill, patio table floats, air pump, 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks, 2 lounge chairs, 2 fishing rods and a swim up ladder for easy access onto the dock. You can access the property with your own boat, or rent a boat from the marina.

Shore access can be via our SUP/kayaks once at the house. Please note there is no wifi. Lots of room to lay your heads, shower/change, and cook meals. All day water fun outside with kayaks, lily pad, & floats. Located at Powell Valley Marina in LaFolette! QUIET HOURS 10pm-8am

Houseboat, river views, lots of outdoor decks

This Houseboat has a newer bathroom remodel, double bed in the front, two twin beds in a cuddy area with only a 2 1/2 foot ceilings, the table and couch can also be beds. You cannot swim around the boats due to electrical hook up at the marina. There are extra showers in the shelter and rustic outdoor showers or guests. I rent kayaks and life jackets for $25 per. It’s a peaceful setting here and I rent the house, houseboats, campers, and a tiny house.
