Unwind and immerse yourself in nature at this cozy cabin overlooking Timber Coulee Creek. Large living room windows and a spacious deck provide you with a bird’s eye view of the rippling river and many types of wild life. Deer amble through the property; eagles soar and keep an eagle eye on everything. Turkeys, squirrels, coons, and myriad of birds go about their business in this serene environment. BikeProfessor's Bungalow, near trails and downtown

Charming home with hardwood floors, leaded glass windows, and original details in the faculty neighborhood close to UW-L campus and Downtown. Are you visiting La Crosse to paddle, fish, hike, bike, or ski? With bluff views, the Bicycle Professor's Bungalow is close to it all. My home is a ten minute walk to the marvelous Marsh Trail system that links the University to Downtown. I will happily offer tips for restaurants, walks, bicycle rides and places to ski. The Driftless terrain is endless!

Sunsets on the Edge

My place is 10 minutes from downtown La Crosse, close to the airport, but you'll feel a world away. You’ll love my place because of the peace and quiet, but mostly THE VIEWS. All the modern conveniences of dishwasher, microwave, shower and stove/fridge, washer & dryer. You'll never see the same sunset! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers. Full list of amenities available, but worth noting here that coffee is NOT provided. There is a drip coffee maker, as well as a Keurig for pods.

This quiet neighborhood is walking distance from a grocery store, coffee shop, and other small businesses. A short commute via car or bike opens opportunities to explore the downtown area and river with all its recreational experiences. Gundersen and Mayo Healthcare Systems, and the universities of UW-LaCrosse, Viterbo, and Western Tech, are minutes away.

Relax into the slower pace of river life. We are located on a laid back street where everyone is ready with a friendly wave or a driveway chat. The boat landing is just a mile away. The house is stylish and comfortable. We hope to provide our guest with whatever the need for a few days away. We are in a high PFAs area so bottled water is provided for guest consumption. Northshore Cottage (2 bedrooms) on Lake Onalaska

Come stay at our cozy and comfortable two bedroom cottage located in a quiet neighborhood with views and access to Lake Onalaska. Walk across the street to hiking/biking trails. Near the Great River State Bike Trail. The Lake Onalaska canoe/kayak trail goes past our shoreline. Two sit on top kayaks and two easy ride bicycles are included. There are fishing boat rentals nearby or you can fish from the shore while enjoying Lake Onalaska's famous sunsets. No cleaning fee!

Welcome to Faye's Place! We are a 2 bedroom/1 bath Cottage on the Northside of La Crosse with a full fenced in yard! We are right off of 1-90. 2 Blocks from The Black River! Close to Kwik Trip, Walgreens, Food and Animal Watching! 10 min. away from downtown and UWL! Faye's Place is my childhood home and is a small immersive experience. Lakefront studio One bedroom studio on the edge of the Upper Mississippi Wildlife Refuge. Surrounded on one side by beautiful Lake Onalaska with prairie walking trails on the other. You will not find a closer view of Lake Onalaska. There are two public boat landings less than a mile away. Stay and experience all that "God's Country" has to offer. Now sleeps three: We’ve added a new folding cot to accommodate an extra guest. *No cleaning fees*

Buddha’s Cloud

Unique, centrally-located and freshly updated upstairs apartment in duplex. We’ve done our best to freshen this private second floor unit in our old ugly home. Amish made kitchen cabinets, island and furniture. New appliances and fixtures. View granddad’s bluff out the bedroom window! Close to UWL, Viterbo, Mayo Clinic, and downtown (8 block walk to 3rd street). We currently live in the downstairs apartment with our dogs.

Backwaters lodge

This cabin sits overlooking a beautiful view of the water where you will see all types of wildlife. The eagles sit in the giant oak trees just off the porch. Walk down to the dock and drop a line in for fishing. .The state bike/snowmobile/hiking trail is within 3 minutes. The boat landing is 1 mile away. You have your own private dock. We also just added a hatchet throwing target We charge a 25.00 per visit pet fee.

Tamarack Point Homestead

Tamarack Point Homestead is located between Arcadia, WI and Centerville, WI in the beautiful valley of Tamarack. This scenic 150 year old homestead has an outbuilding loft that allows you to enjoy the country lifestyle and experience the best that Trempealeau County has to offer. Certified to operate by the Trempealeau County Health Department.

Breezy Point Cottage has everything you need for a vacation stay, including access to Lake Onalaska and use of our canoe. The cottage is also perfect for people looking for a longer term stay for work in La Crosse. You will find everything you need if you choose to work from a distance here.
