Close to Bass Lake and 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Amenities include queen bed, full size sofa bed, small sleeping loft with queen, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, A/C and heat, and a 6-hole disc golf course! Close to Bass Lake and Yosemite with many opportunities for hiking, boating, shopping and eating! Also take a ride on the historical Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad.

Adorable A frame house close to Yosemite (32 miles), Bass Lake (23 miles), Sequoia, and Kings Canyon! Our cute 2 bedroom cottage is the perfect spot to relax after a day trip to the lake or park. We have a fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, bbq and patio set for outdoor eating. The house is equipped with wifi, 2 AC units (upstairs & down) and space heaters. Watch the stars at night, or see deer grazing in the yard. Enjoy our cute peaceful neighborhood on 1 acre of private land!

The apartment is full-service, attached to the main house with a private entrance and private patio. It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. Our unit includes a bedroom, dining area, living room, and a complete kitchen with all the necessities for coffee, tea, and cooking. Internet is available through both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection with cabling provided. The TV is 4K Active; HDR Smart TV, 43", true color accuracy with Ethernet connection to our internet.

A relaxing studio a comfy full size bed we offer a twin cummfy air mattress to place in entrance area snug but cummfy fitting. a/c , heat, full bathroom with shower. Hot water is on a insta pot , not meant for long showers. microwave small fridge, hot plate, skillet coffee pot and nature's alarm rooster will crow:) kittens. not allowed in home cats are our mousers. as well as guests greeters. PLEASE add your pet if bringing one so fee will be added.

It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. There is a Roku tv with. Internet is provided, thru Xfinity.
