The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

This sparkling three bedroom and two bathroom house is situated only a two minute walk to the ever popular Blackmans Beach and a short walk to restaurants, cafes and easy access to all the area’s most sought after amenities with views extending to as far as South Arm. The open plan living , dinning and kitchen area provides breathtaking water views , open the double glazed doors and you will hear the waves loading into shore. Beds made up before your stay and towels provided. Have fun with the Kayak’s , push bike and fishing rod equipment on site also. Free bottle of sparkling and free WIFI. The kitchen has had a modern renovation in 2025, new kitchen modern appliances have been introduced to this area.
