Sunny Days - A Bright and Cheerful Guesthouse

Sunny Days is a beautiful and spacious 600 sq. ft. studio apartment with a private entrance and patio. You'll love the bright and airy space, complete with 10-foot ceilings! In the evenings, relax with a glass of wine in the cozy private patio, grilling dinner on the BBQ, and hanging around the gas fire pit. We are centrally located to Newport Beach, John Wayne Airport, and Disneyland. Only a short walk to TeWinkle Park and the OC Fairgrounds. Easy free street parking in a lovely neighborhood.

The Casita is a completely fenced off space, located 1/2 mile from Newport Beach - walking distance to a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, & stores - a great home base for exploring the Newport Beach and Costa Mesa areas! Guesthouse is a detached and separated on the property from main house, has private entrance & parking, full kitchen & fenced off back yard space. The Patio includes a BBQ & patio table to enjoy So-Cal evenings or take some sun. Accommodating for both adventure & work!

The Honda Center and Anaheim Stadium 5 minutes. The beaches are an easy 20 minute drive. Excellent restaurants and shopping are abundant. Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!

This quaint guest house has a very comfy king bed and an air mattress (if needed please let me know). Beautiful walk in tile shower access to wash the day away. Guests have access to the garden, patio, and gas fire pit. There is a private entrance and I welcome all people from all walks of life. If you are booking this space for someone else please get prior approval. You will assume all risk for them and are responsible for getting them the check in instructions.
