Note that bedrooms are attached to each other, but the back one does have an exit to outside. The set up is ideal for families with children or groups that do not require a lot of privacy from each other. Enjoy an easy walk to downtown Nevada City, and a close drive to many nature spots. This 700 Sq ft home comes fully furnished with two bedrooms and a bonus loft area. There are full-size beds in each bedroom and a full-size bed in the loft. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub. *6 guests in winter, 4 recommended for summer due to heat in loft.
