price is for 2 people, ADD $15 night per person after 2 persons. 2000 sq. ft. furnished basement with private entrance(NOT THE WHOLE HOUSE we live on main floor). Close to BYU, UVU. We Live in quiet, safe cul-de-sac. Mountains and lakes very close. Many restaurants. We are very friendly (see reviews). No Animals(ever) and NO children under 12 years old, we are renting to adults 21 or older. Neighborhood noise curfew at 10:30 pm(strict) this is not a party house or FAMILY GATHERING PLACE.
