Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Die Zweizimmerwohnung Auta besticht durch ihre traditionelle alpenländische Einrichtung mit viel Holz, die eine warme, gemütliche Atmosphäre schafft. With a view of the Alps, the studio apartment Biohof Ruances in San Cassiano is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 30 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. Guests have access to a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron. In addition, the property has a children's playroom with toys and books.

La casa Vergissmeinnicht dista 1 Km dal centro di Selva Gardena da raggiungere comodamente con il bus gratuito oppure la passeggiata a piedi in 15 minuti. In estate vicino ai sentieri per escursioni verso Ciampinoi, Monte Pana e Alpe di Siusi. In inverno partendo da casa con gli sci ai piedi si arriva direttamente sulla pista da sci Sasslong B del Ciampinoi collegata con il comprensorio del Sella Ronda. Un cordiale benvenuto a tutti famiglie e anche motociclisti.

Situated in La Valle, on a hillside overlooking the mountain panorama as well as the valley, the apartment Confolia 3 is located in a typical alpine residential house. The rustic holiday apartment consists of a cosy kitchen with dining table and corner seat, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi as well as a TV and if requested in advance, a cot and also a high chair for children are also available (for free).

Sehr schöne Wohnung (80m²) mit Balkon in einem authentischen historischen Haus, in einer ruhigen Gegend, nur wenige Schritte von der Raschötz Seil- und Roddelbahn (100m), der berühmten Seceda-Seilbahn (200m) und dem Zentrum von St. Ulrich (400m) entfernt. Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus vorhanden, ebenso wie ein Garten. Ankommen, den Autoschlüssel weglegen und frei sein zum Skifahren, Einkaufen, Aperitif trinken, Essen gehen, Wandern, Urlaub machen, alles zu Fuß erreichbar.
