Renovated inside and out, no really. This wasn’t lip stick on a pig like my competition, this single family home has new plumbing, electrical, insulation, windows, roof, siding, and more. This well appointed house offers safety, comfort, and convenience. Located on a well-lit street w/ exterior cameras, it's within walking distance to parks, trails, pickleball courts, community pool, and bars and restaurants. A noteworthy perk: charge your electric car in the driveway with our 220v or 110v.

Cozy welcoming 1 bdrm apartment

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This cozy apartment is just blocks away from multiple parks, pool, walking paths, the NEW ice arena, and downtown. The hospital is only a 5 min drive. The bedroom has a comfy queen bed, dresser, and closet. The bathroom has a tub/shower and other amenities. You will have everything you need to make and enjoy a nice meal if you choose to stay in. The living room has a 43 in tv and a big comfy couch with hide-a-bed

Moose Haus Lodge

This barn refinished into a rustic cabin will give you the feeling that you are in the middle of the woods while having the convenience of being in town. Located just minutes from downtown Clear Lake, the historic Surf Ballroom, and City Beach, this is the perfect get-away spot! A large upper loft makes this a great option for families with kids or a peaceful adult retreat. Pets are family... so we are pet friendly, but do add a $25 dollar pet fee (per pet) for the duration of your stay.

Watts Theatre Apartment Over Main

This Apartment was lived in by owners/builders of Watts Theatre. Mr. Watts was rumored to be acquaintances with Frank Lloyd Wright who was involved in the planning of the building. You will see many of his features including wide sweeping curves thus eliminating many 90 degree angles. While you stay enjoy watching the movie from your own Private Viewing Space in the second bedroom. There are shows on Fridays and Saturdays at 7pm and Sundays at 4pm check out our website for specifics.

Lake House sleeps (16+) Boat Rental & Beach

Nov-April: Sleeps 15 in the house (no heat in barn) May-Oct: Sleeps 16+ (AC in the UP BARN) This Spacious Lake Front Home is perfect for the whole family with full service Amenities! Enjoy an acre of land, 4 bdrm house + bunkroom. 1st floor of barn filled with games, & ample seating. Enjoy the waterfront w/ dock, boat slip, swing & fire pit. The outdoor bball court, frisbee course, sand volleyball, splash pad, playground to entertain. (Extra fee applies to groups over 16)

I like to remind guests that there might be others on the other level so please be aware of noise and the time of day it is. thank you for understanding. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in a blue zone community. This home is located across from the New Denmark Park and Fountain Lake and is within walking distance to Katherine Island, a neighborhood cafe that is famous for its pancakes, a locally owned seasonal ice cream shop, public walking trail, fishing and more!
