We offer a flexible cancellation policy especially during lockdown. The house is situated on the quiet western side of town with breath taking views of the Ben Ohau ranges and surrounding mountains. It’s unique easy-living design makes it elegant yet homely. It has a large fully fenced back yard with a furnished patio area and a BBQ.

Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. The Brown House

The Brown House was tragically lost in 2020 in New Zealand’s worst fire disaster that devastated the village Award winning architect Lisa Webb who designed the first Brown House was enlisted to design the rebuild. The results are just as stunning This four-bedroom retreat accommodates up to ten guests. Each bedroom offers breathtaking views.
