We are located Only 22 miles from Cooperstown and Dreams Park, 20 miles to Norwich, 24 miles to New Hartford and Utica area, 22 miles from Hamilton College. We are only 11 miles to Barnes Barn Venue in Brookfield.

You are welcome to enjoy a cup of coffee on our front porch where you can enjoy seeing the Amish buggies go by. We are located only 22 miles from Cooperstown/Dreams Park and 25 miles from Utica/New Hartford. We are a short 11 miles from Brookfield where the Barnes Barn venue is located. We are 25 miles from Hamilton College.

Enjoy having your morning coffee on our front porch. We have a small barn with goats and chickens that love attention. During the winter months we do not have the farm animals at the farm. Cooperstown All Star Village baseball park is just 3 minutes drive from our home. Welcome to ,,One Charming Suite” A second floor private entrance invites you to a cozy, clean and comfortable queen sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the lower level there is a stationary bike for a quick work out if desired. In this unit we provide tea kettle ,small refrigerator ,coffee maker and washer/dryer.
