Hi, I’m Clay and I love to meet new people and have traveled all over the world for the past 20 years working with bands. You are 10 minutes from ULM and about 7 minutes from Forsythe Park and golf course and the Ouachita River boat ramp. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the house outside around the fire pit or inside with 3 smart tvs where you can stream your usual shows. There is a covered patio, so even if it rains, you can enjoy the extra space of the back yard.

So what does a Treasure Bay look like in a Small Southern Louisianan town. Calm, serene, peaceful, beautiful and just right for you. This newly renovated, spacious residence has all of the amenities that we feel one should be able to utilize as if this was Your home. Hooked on the River

Located on the scenic Ouachita River in Sterlington. Cabin sits on a large lot with direct access and views of the Ouachita River. There is a private boat launch a few hundred yards away. You will be 5 minutes from Sterlington and 20 minutes from Monroe. The fishing and recreation on this area of the river is top notch. Multiple porches and a patio for relaxing.
