Enjoy this 1 bedroom unit with a comfortable queen bed and a full kitchen in the living area. The couch also folds out to accommodate extra guests. Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.

Sunsets are glorious here. The Aerie is a special spot just for 1 or 2, so leave the posse behind. Registered guests only.

Ocean Beach Lux Retreat Back from Remodel

This ocean-view home just received two high-end makeovers - First, was the main house with a new top-of-the-line chef's kitchen, new bathrooms, and new livings areas. Second, the detached studio also underwent a high-end remodel with new kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Additionally, a new multi-tier redwood deck and hot tub was installed. This is a residential neighborhood and outdoor volumes must be kept at a minimum at all times. No parties or loud gatherings.
