Seaside Villa by Oso Bay, Sanitized Rooms!

This ground level condo is stocked to make your stay enjoyable. The reviews don't lie, the bed is comfortable. For your protection we disinfect all remotes, light switches, door handles knobs and handles with a solution recommended by the CDC to kill any surface viruses. We wash all linens, quilts, towels and bath mats between each guest. There is a Wildlife Refuge across the street with walking trails that run along the Oso Bay. $40 nonrefundable pet fee will be charged if bringing a pet.

Relaxing Coastal Treasure

The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. The lower deck is great to park your personal boat or try your luck at catching crabs. My hope is to make this place a home away from home. Permit# 2022-195692

New AC System - KING size bed and a queen wall bed - Reclining couch and chair. Our families always vacationed in the Corpus Christi area and we have made it our home. This means you have to walk through 1 bedroom to get to the fully private bedroom. The living room has a sofa sleeper that is a queen pullout bed. 1 bathroom. A huge yard with plenty of room to park your boat or RV with locking gates. This old but quiet and safe Flour Bluff neighborhood is close to the beach and even closer to the bay.
