Come and unwind in this quiet rural retreat, in the valley of the River Pang, in West Berkshire, which is in the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Very quiet and peaceful location - the only thing you will hear at night is the owls hooting! Miles of beautiful walks are on the doorstep, and we are also short drive from the Ridgeway. Excellent transport links to London/Heathrow airport, and close to the M4/A34 interchange. A warm welcome awaits you! (Adults only please)

Tree House - Hot Tub on balcony

Our rustic Glamping Treehouse stands 5m above the ground, which is accessible via an exciting seven-meter long suspension bridge. Boasting a warm themed interior, the Treehouse offers breathtaking views over the Chess Valley, which can be seen from the balcony and through the large panoramic window. Features include a spacious king-size double bed, en-suite toilet and basin facility. The outdoor balcony is home to a shower and hot tub, the perfect spot to relax amongst the surrounding treetops!

Pool House at Mill Cottage

The Pool House at Mill Cottage offers a unique riverside escape with exclusive access to a private pool (Mar 1st - Oct 1st 2025 & Apr 1st - Oct 1st 2026). Nestled on the Thames, enjoy easy access to riverside cafes and restaurants by foot or boat. The charming one-bedroom retreat features blackout blinds for restful nights, plus a small sofa bed for extra guests. Just minutes from Goring on Thames village and the train station, it also boasts a BBQ and outdoor seating area for relaxing evenings.

Charming, riverside log cabin on the bank of the Kennett, overlooking a nature reserve. Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

Enjoy a glass of bubbles on your own private terrace before strolling to dinner at this famous Cotswold stone Manor. The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.
