Located just 9 miles from Monroe with easy access right off 601, this is the farm stay that you won’t soon forget. This 1000 sqft 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom stay will have you waking up to cows in the morning and winding down to unforgettable sunsets over the fields in the evening. Thoughtfully curated furnishings include a King Bed in one bedroom and a twin bed over queen bed bunk in the other. You’ll stroll across the deck and enjoy a wide open living, dining and kitchen areas w/ many work spaces.

Tackle Box

Welcome to The Tacklebox. This cabin has all you need for a perfect getaway on a relaxed working farm. Perfect for a party of three or a nice romantic stay. The cabin is rustic with all the amenities you’ll need! The farm is a 125 acres with 3 stocked ponds. Bring a fishing rod and try your luck at catch and release fishing. You will have the opportunity to see many animals on the farm including dogs. Your dogs are welcome too for an additional fee. We also have horseback riding for a fee.

This is a one bedroom (King Bed and a single pull out) one bath space with a separate game/entertainment room with a pool table. It has a small coffee/snack bar area. This space is connected to the owner’s home and has a separate outside entrance. You have access to a fishing pond, fire pit and the future Catawba Bend Nature Preserve, walking trails/mountain bike trails nearby. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. No smoking facility. Close to shopping and restaurants.
