Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. Welcome to our family owned Edwardian era house situated in Painswick. Renovated with hosting in mind, we'll have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Situated just off the Cotswold Way national trail, it's the perfect pit-stop for keen walkers (or runners!). If sight seeing is more your thing, the popular 18th Century Rococo Garden is just a 5 minute walk away. Ideally located for travel to Stroud, Cheltenham, Cirencester and Gloucester all within a 20 min drive.

The Stableyard

Nestling within the beautiful golden valley in the heart of the Cotswolds is The Stableyard, a recently converted stable building positioned next to a 16th century mill owner's house, The Old Valley Inn. Overlooking our garden, it offers a peaceful, open aspect in a quiet village setting. Enjoy private parking and walk to pubs, cafés, and shops, or use it as a base for walking, cycling, and exploring the surrounding countryside. Relax on the sunset deck or sample the local dining scene. Please note: The Lodge sleeps a maximum of 2 adults.

The Cottage is now open again, following a major extension project. A stylish spacious Cotswold stone cottage with open plan kitchen dining living space, wood burning stove and 3 bedrooms. Main bedroom has French doors overlooking Cotswold countryside and enjoys the morning sun. The bedroom opens onto a spacious luxury en-suite bathroom with large shower and separate bath. There are two further bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which has an en suite shower room.

The Shepherds Hut is located on the edge of the village of Painswick, which is known as the 'Queen of the Cotswolds'. It lies a short walk from the Cotswold Way and sits in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We offer a cosy and comfortable self contained shepherds hut with a double bed, shower room and kitchen with a wood burning stove. The hut sits within a pretty grassland meadow, with unrivalled views across the Painswick Valley.
