You'll have a fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances, a large private yard with outdoor shower and fire pit, laundry in-unit, WiFi, and Roku TV. Enjoy your stay close to downtown West Palm Beach and the beautiful sea. This small cottage is located in Historic Northwood. The 1920's bungalow was recently renovated and ready for guests. This location is just a few minutes in car from Singer Island and Peanut Island, and steps away from Manatee Lagoon. Downtown WPB & Palm Beach Island are a 10-minute drive. There are also food trucks directly across the street! We hope you enjoy our little studio outside the city of West Palm Beach!

Arriving guests can self check in to our gated property and never see a person. Outdoor BBQ area, w/chairs, table, umbrella. Want to Use the pool? A text will allow your Socially Distant use. We don't charge a cleaning fee! We limit guest stays to 14 nights. Sorry no pets.
