The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

At the gates of the 5 Terre, out of the confusion of the town center. From our apartment you can enjoy the immensity of the sea and breathtaking sunsets. Located near the path nr 1 (AV5T), you can reach Riomaggiore and Portovenere by trekking through the paths with a splendid view. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.

Se decidi di venire A Ca' Mea , ti troverai in un appartamento piccolo ma accogliente nella via principale del paese, il Carugio , con bar pizzerie gelaterie e negozi .Dalla finestra sul mare potrai godere della vista sull'isola Palmaria e sul porticciolo. A due passi hai la possibilità di farti un bagno, e in cinque minuti arrivi all'imbarco dei traghetti per le Cinque Terre. Se scegli A Cà Mea ti bastano soli due scalini per entrare!........................

The whole living space, which includes an entirely equipped kitchen, opens on the terrace thanks to the huge patio window offering a breathtaking view on the Gulf of Portovenere.
