This is an efficiency unit in a 4plex, queen size bed, 12 foot ceiling, shower stall, internet, desk and chair, small kitchenette with sink, smaller fridge/freezer, air fryer, microwave . It is on the ground level. We are close to town, 30 minutes from Hatchers pass, lots of hiking, golf 5 minutes away, local breweries. We work hard to give a safe clean environment to stay so please no smoking or pets. (At this time late check out or early check in is not available sorry for any inconvenience

Quaint stay in heart of Wasilla

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to downtown Wasilla and only minutes away from restaurants. Take a 30 min drive to the top of Hatcher’s Pass and visit the Independence Mine and take a scenic drive over to Willow. Take a 1 hr drive to Talkeetna. Or go the opposite direction 1.5 hrs to Matanuska Glacier and take a guided tour out on the glacier! NO SMOKERS please as we live here as well and don’t enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke around our home. Thank you.

This duplex is minutes away from the gas station, coffee shop, our historic Palmer town & 10 minutes from Hatcher Pass, a great place for snowboard & skiing in the winter and hiking & berry picking in the summer.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. We are centrally located in the Mat-Su Valley, a quick 10 minutes from the heart of Palmer, about 15 minutes from Wasilla, and 50 minutes from Anchorage. Our cozy loft style apartment, decorated with Alaskan flare, offers a large kitchen stocked with the cooking necessities, comfortable seating, queen bed, large bathroom with shower, gas grill, private access and drive. Pack n Play available upon request.

Brown Bear Place

You will be close to everything when you stay at this central Anchorage location. We are in a DIVERSE family neighborhood with many ethnicities and cultures. Apt is in Quite family building. 10 min to downtown, JBER ship creek walking trails, Costco, Eagle river, restaurants. 15 min to airport. A vehicle is needed to visit the Anchorage bowl area. Two hours from Seward, 45 minutes to Girdwood, 50 to Whittier, complementary laundry on site. Last minute reservations excepted.

Blue Ice Aviation Lounge

We call this the "Blue Ice Aviation Lounge". It is a private upstairs apartment in my hangar. The Lounge is modern, cozy, Alaskan, and very comfortable with a slight aviation theme. We have Skeetawk ski area, and the Government Peak Recreation Area within 15 min. GPRA has lighted ski trails and biking. 15 miles north of Anchorage our property is 4 acres of woodlands with a view of the mountains and frequent visits from Alaska wildlife. We live within 5 miles of 7 different public access lakes & are between Anchorage & the Matanuska Susitna Valley. There is additional off street parking for a boat and/or RV. We also have several canoe's available for our guests use.
