A light filled cottage perfect for couples or small families, this intimate and foliage filled retreat is situated on a private quarter acre only 1.5 hours from Brisbane. During summer spend your days by the pool, laze on the deck with a grazing platter and serve beautiful meals of local produce from the kitchen servery which opens out onto the backyard. In winter, watch the star-filled sky by the fire-pit or read a good book with a glass of wine and soak your cares away in the bath.

Duckin two

Duckin Two is a studio apartment designed for couples who would like to relax and take in the nature and surroundings, with your own seperate bathroom. Amenities include bar fridge, kettle and toaster. You will also be provided with tea and coffee supplies. We now have put a microwave in the studio for your convenience. You can also have access to the Deck area including a BBQ and Swim spa that we use in summer to cool down , it’s not a hot tub ! But lovely on a summers night :) .

You have the ground floor all to yourself in a 2 storey house. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful hinterland town of Maleny and 15 minutes to the popular Australia Zoo or 30 minutes to the beaches at Caloundra. Children are welcome and we provide a high chair, a safety bed rail and a port a cot, if needed. Your dog (no XL dogs like Sait Bernard’s etc.)is welcome. There is a fenced yard. Our own dog is kept upstairs.
