Our studio apartment offers a unique space with a private entrance within a five to twenty minute drive of various outdoor activities. Additionally, just down the street you'll find the charming historic railroad downtown Ogden area with local restaurants, shops and museums. Explore junction city, adventure in the mountains and then come home to a comfortable studio suite to enjoy a bit of down time cooking, reading and relaxing.

Farmhouse Retreat- Skiing/ long stays/ short stays

This suite is part of the new guesthouse portion of our home. Our charming home was originally built in 1936 (by a wonderful couple I was blessed to know) but has since undergone many additions and remodels. We are in love with it and the gorgeous mountains surrounding us. With hiking/mountain biking trailheads < 1 mile away, reservoirs, rivers, and ski resorts close by, there's plenty to get out and do, or just enjoy our farmhouse retreat on over an acre of grass, fruit trees, and gardens.

Come and relax in this calm, stylish space in a peaceful neighborhood near the mountains yet just minutes from downtown Logan and USU. Brand new in 2022. Enjoy our entire basement suite, with large, fully stocked kitchen, full size washer and dryer, cozy fireplace, workout room, ping pong table, and more. The back yard offers shade trees, a trampoline, and a mellow canal with occasional ducks passing by. Sit on the deck by the firepit and enjoy the stunning view of the Wellsville mountains.

Take it easy at this newly constructed tranquil mountain getaway. Located at the base of Nordic Mountain Ski resort, there are plenty of things to do. Two other major ski resorts are less than 30 min away. During the summer enjoy the beautiful lake that's only a couple miles down the road, or world class mountain biking trails, hiking trails, dirt biking, boating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling....it's a mountain paradise. The lake also has a paved trail you can walk or bike and enjoy the sunsets.

Unique 1 bedroom apartment in Historic Electric Train Depot in Wellsville Utah, Features a quaint kitchen with 12' ceilings on main level, Living space upstairs with split-King size bed and 60" wall mount TV on West end with dormer. Queen Sofa sleeper sleeps 2 with 65" TV on East end with dormer. Twin sofa sleeper sleeps 1. Full Bath right off master bedroom. Small study area in middle. Must be able to do stairs.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. you will love how quiet it is. In the winter enjoy a warm fire inside. In the summer enjoy the fire pit outside. Spacious bedroom shared laundry room. Plenty of parking adequate kitchen, but definitely not going to be fixing any five star meals. There is always a beautiful sunset.
