Close to beaches, ski school, tennis court, basketball court, hotels, restaurants, forest, parks, 30' from Athens Centre, 30' from Athens Airport.

Studio by the sea

A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

Το Spitaki είναι μια ισόγεια οικεία, 2 υπνοδωματίων με νησιώτικη και παραδοσιακή αισθητική, φτιαγμένο με τέτοιο τρόπο, που θα σας κάνει να αισθανθείτε σαν στο σπίτι σας. Η κατοικία βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του Μεγαλοχωρίου, δίπλα σε super market, ταβερνάκια και bar, ενώ οργανωμένη παραλία μπορείτε να βρείτε σε απόσταση μόλις 450m με τα πόδια από το σπίτι. This small authentic island is located in the heart of the Saronic.

Το διαμέρισμα μας βρίσκεται στην περιοχή της Σκάλας, κοντά στο κέντρο σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά.Απέχει 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο την παραλία.Σε κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκεται super market κ φαρμακείο. Επίσης υπάρχει μια πολύ όμορφη κοινόχρηστη αυλή την οποία μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε
