Renovations on the entire 2 bedroom unit were completed in February 2021. Being on the top floor with a balcony, you can expect to have only the finest views of the mountain and skiers coming down peak 9. Being in the Beaver Run Resort offers easy access to the Peak 9 Beaver Run Super Chair lift as well as some world-class amenities.

Our cabin is in the perfect location for your Colorado vacation less than 4 miles from Breckenridge Ski Resort and Downtown. The cabin is in the fabulous Tiger Run RV Resort with access to clubhouse indoor pool and hot tubs. We have 2 primary bedrooms (1K, 1Q), 2 complete baths and extra sleep space. There's enough room in this 850 square foot home for 2 small families (as long as you get along!). High speed internet and a 60" TV available in case you just want to relax and stay in.

In Summertime, you'll hear the bubbling creek located just feet from your door, and the trailhead to the beautiful Sawmill Reservoir Trail is steps away at the Snowflake Lift.
