This Guest Unit is separated and independent from main house in the back with a private entrance to the unit through the deck area for your privacy. It is a quiet residential area with total privacy. Comfortable and close by to plenty of attractions nearby, about a 15-20 min walk distance to Huntington Art Gallery, Caltech, Pasadena City College, Coffee bars, Grocery Stores and Restaurants within the area on the East side of Old Town Pasadena. I will reach out to you prior to your stay to provide you with check in instructions. A combination will be sent out to you a few days prior to your arrival to the key box to access the Unit. I can be reached during your stay by cell phone for any questions you may have. I will be available upon request via mobile phone. Guest home located in a quiet, residential area within the heart of Pasadena. It is a quiet residential area with total privacy. Comfortable and close by to plenty of attractions nearby, a five minute walking distance to the Allen Gold Line station. Also, about a 15-20 min walk distance to Huntington Art Gallery, Caltech, Pasadena City College, Coffee bars, Grocery Stores and Restaurants within the area on the East side of Old Town Pasadena. - Please follow the Calif. ISO Flex Alert Notice posted on the wall next to AC control panel. Turn off all unnecessary lights, Ceiling Fans, specially when not in the Unit. - One Parking Space available under carport between my car and the garage.
