Private retreat 10min walk to beach

Our private, modern beach-style studio cabin is a scenic 5 min walk to the beach and the main street of Umina. It's on the bus line, making it an easy 10 mins to Woy Woy station. Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. Please include a photo of yourself on your Airbnb account, tell us what you will be doing here and the names, ages, genders of all guests for safety reasons and so we can ensure we are a good match.

Tranquil self-contained garden suite

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.

Seatide Patonga Creek

This little 60's Bungalow may just be the best kept secret in Patonga. Slow down, step back, relax enjoy the view. Our little 3 bedroom house is the perfect place for a weekend, or a week to simply wind down. The house retains much of its 1960's charm but has had a renovation over the winter opening up the living/kitchen area, complete new kitchen, flooring throughout and a bathroom makeover. But looking out across the grassy reserve on the waters edge of Patonga creek is still the same!

We’re a happy family who understand the need for privacy while on your getaway & will not intrude. The pool & garden is shared with us but we are often out and about. - In addition out of respect we will not use it early or late night. Full kitchen and BBQ. Blockout blinds &privacy curtains. Situated 40 metres from the creek in the beautiful fishing village of Patonga. We are a 5 minute walk to the beach. The Boathouse Hotel with it's renowned restaurant, fish and chip shop is a 5 minute walk away. With many magnificent bush walks, fishing, swimming, kayaking, cycling or just relaxing by the creek and watching the tide come in and out there is something for everyone. Just an hour and a half by car from Sydney or 30 minutes by ferry from Palm Beach.
