Η Villa Callista είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό 131 τ.μ. χτισμένο πριν 200 χρόνια στην κορυφή ενός λόφου στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Fanariotatika. Ήταν η κατοικία του Άρχοντα της περιοχής. The walk to the beach is a 5 minute stroll, as you can see from the pictures.

The apartment is located just 500 meters from the center of Gaios (an 8–10 minute uphill walk or 1 minute by car) and approximately 1.5 km from the main port (15–20 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car).

Η οικογένειά σας θα είναι κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστεί σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά. Ένα ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα με δύο υπνοδωμάτια κομπλέ κουζίνα που μπορείτε να μαγειρεύεται τραπεζαρία με βεράντα που μπορείτε να απολαμβάνετε τον πρωινό σας καφέ με nespesso ή δείπνο σας και ένα μπαλκόνι μπροστά στα δωμάτια με θέα προς το Γαιο.
