This is a custom built loft house attached to horse barn over looking acres of rolling green pastures. This horse property has been grandfathered into the city limits and has access to all the town has to offer. Yet peaceful, safe estate. Floor to ceiling windows, 2 level decking. Enjoy the views, bike (bike trail near) or walk/hike. Our land wraps around the Lake Opperman (not a sandy bottom lake) Bring your canoes and your books. Tree House

The Tree House, an upstairs dwelling, is in a peaceful setting. A unique topography supports numerous species of wild life including nearly 200 species of birds. The Tree House is located near the head waters of the Mississippi river, Tamarac National Wild Life Refuge, Detroit Mountain Recreation Area, golf courses, casinos and North Country Trail. A full kitchen and a comfortable indoor setting makes a lovely getaway. The rock fire pit is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Lake Cabin Retreat | Hot tub

Hello! We're a small town local MN family hoping to share our Maple Hideaway with others to make memories in. Nestled in acres of woods by a peaceful lake, this cabin contains plenty of amenities to have special moments with your family. Whether it be enjoying a game of cornhole while grilling a steak, taking the kayak out for fishing, or staying indoors next to the fire place! PLEASE BE AWARE, there is a cabin directly next to this one on the north side, that we share a driveway with.

If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

The Spruce on West Lost Lake

Relax with friends and family at this clean and updated rustic cabin and embrace the lake life by relaxing on the deck, grilling meals, boating, and fishing. Your stay includes access to the sandy beach, two docks, a boat launch, several kayaks & paddle boards, and a pontoon rental. The Haven

The Haven is a perfect getaway for the whole crew! Located in the lakes area in-between Vergas and Frazee (about 10 minutes from Perham) this newly renovated gem has an open space downstairs and upstairs. Spacious bathroom, big gather room, open bedroom concept, and laundry room. Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas.

Craving a blend of relaxation and fun? Discover rustic charm just 5 minutes from Fergus Falls and the interstate! Set on a nature preserve lake, our retreat boasts incredible sunsets and abundant wildlife. Stroll along scenic trails, unwind on the patio swing, or enjoy a round of frisbee golf. Life on the lake in Minnesota is great in any season! With two large bedrooms (third room available for additional fee), a full kitchen, 3/4 bath plus laundry, you'll have everything you need to make for a great getaway. There is a private entrance, patio and grill, as well as some pretty outstanding shared spaces - including a large sandy beach complete with a volleyball net, firepit, playset, swings, kayaks, canoe and paddleboards.
