Set amongst native gum and banksia the cabin overlooks the clear waters of little Norfolk Bay. Externally blending in with its environment and internally featuring detailed timberwork using Tasmanian Oak giving a natural feel. Welcome to your perfect beachside escape, just 10 minutes from the Airport. The Hobart CBD is just 25 mins away! This new home is nestled in the bush and has direct access to a secluded beach along a bush track (with steps), good mobility is essential. You'll enjoy the sound water lapping the shore and stunning water views right from your deck. This escape is fully furnished for your comfort, and amenities include a washer, dryer, TV and outdoor dining area to soak up the sun and sea breeze.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Carlton River Escape

Carlton River Escape was completed in 2023 and built as a peaceful hide away retreat on the back 50 acres of our property. It is nestled right beside our Swift Parrot Conservation Forest area which also shares it space with our local wallabies, wombats, echidnas, pademelons, possums, and eagles. Amid the fresh Tassie air, and the incredible forest views, you will feel completely relaxed listening to the sounds of the wildlife while enjoying the luxury of a secluded brand new home.

The Studio: unique seclusion & private beach

An epic location at the end of a private road is a fully self-contained studio designed by renowned Tasmanian architects Circa Morris-Nunn . Beautiful and wild, historic and sensitive to its surrounds. The Studio is edged by Pittwater Estuary and the Coal River. A remote hideaway just 30 mins from Hobart and 15 mins to Richmond and Coal River wineries and restaurants.. Relax and unwind on your own private beach. Enjoy the art, some of which has been made in the studio itself.

The Stable at Twamley Farm

A unique 1840s converted stable located in the grounds of Twamley Farm homestead. The Stable is a beautifully renovated two storey sandstone building overlooking the hills of Twamley Farm and nestled under English oaks. The Stable features your own private outdoor cedar hot tub. The traditional wood fired hot tub offers blissful, therapeutic soaking in the beautiful surrounds of Twamley Farm.
