This cottage has been my family's happy place for decades, and now we are ready to share it with you. Tucked onto a wooded lot, our home offers peace and solitude within walking distance of Pentwater Village (shops, restaurants, ICE CREAM!) and beautiful Mears Beach. Ludington is 15 min north, and Silver Lake is 15 min south.

This vintage style cottage was recently renovated and we are excited to be able to share it with guests. At 650 square feet we have designed every square inch to be usable. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths this cozy and comfortable space is perfect for couples or small families. It is located on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood and overlooks a creek. Easy walk (or take the bikes provided) to the white sandy of Mears Beach and the charming downtown shops that make Pentwater a summer destination.

Enjoy a peaceful wooded lot in a home loaded with family friendly features. This is our family cottage and we want you to enjoy it the same way we do. Walk to ice cream every day, go to the beach, cook up a storm and relax. We also have a sneaky kitchen table that seats 12 and 5 island seats.

Cute cottage close to the beach and downtown. Steps away from Mears State Park and Old Baldy. Older and modest cottage perfect for a beach visit or a quick getaway away to quaint Pentwater Village. This is not a fancy property. Parking available along with amenities. A cozy space for indoor visiting and outdoor talks. There is a tub/shower combination, electric heat, window a/c (it's a small space), kitchen with stove top, toaster oven and microwave, living area with two bedrooms.

The Coop at Vintage Grove Family Farm

Welcome! This charming little house is a repurposed chicken coop on the farm. Enjoy the quiet, country life with all the comforts from home. The Coop is located between the main house and the large barn on a small hobby farm. This is a working farm with large and small animals, however, there are no hens in the guest house! During your stay, you are welcome to wander through the barn and visit all the animals. We do not have a TV, however, the internet works great!

Serenity Now Treehouse

Serenity Now Treehouse is a TRUE treehouse built in four strong Oak trees on the property behind our home alongside Silver Creek. Here you’ll find the perfect place to unplug for a couple of days of peace and tranquility. We’ve also recently added a prayer chapel along the side of our home for our family, friends and treehouse guests to have a special place to pray and connect with God if you would like.

Intimate & inviting this space is peaceful and rejuvenating. Positioned next to the garden & the edge of the yard. The slider opens to your covered patio that’s tucked in the woods for a private secluded feel. Sit around the fire pit while taking in the birds and farm animal noises. The shared compostable toilet is just a short walk away. There is also one full size bed & a twin trundle beneath it.
