We are so excited to invite you to stay in our sweet little classic cottage, nestled in the heart of Elizabeth City's historic district. 1201 Church Street is surrounded by some of the original Elizabeth City homes dating all the way back to the late 1700s. We fell in love with the charm of the area combined with all of the up-and-coming attractions nearby. Our cottage is close to all of the new downtown breweries, wine bars, trendy restaurants, and waterfront district.

Youll find this new 2022 modular with four bedrooms accommodating for family trips! Located at the end of a safe, quiet road right off Yeopim Road. Just a few minutes off the main highway. There is a DG as you turn off the highway— this will be your last stop before the cottage to grab some essentials/necessities.

This is a Quiet Efficiency, Perfect for Professionals, located over our double garage. Minutes from Sentara Hospital, Coast Guard Base, dining, shopping and the Waterfront. Private off street parking, Wi-Fi, kitchen area, office area, washer and dryer, king bed, recliner and love seat. An additional guest such as a child can be accommodated at no extra charge using our single air mattress.

Four bedrooms, a large living room, a breakfast nook, dining area, a loft, a large wrap-around porch, and a porch balcony provides lots of space to live, work, visit, and relax. Built in the 1970s and recently updated, this house is comfortable with a modern retro feel.
