A Cozy Bothy Retreat with Hot Tub!

A charming little renovated Bothy on our working farm, situated in our courtyard right next to/directly opposite our own house. Lovely interior with well equipped kitchen and dining area downstairs and woodburning stove. Bathroom also downstairs with shower cubicle. Upstairs is a cozy loft style bedroom with quite low ceilings so for the taller guests...please mind your heads when climbing into bed! Garden area with bistro garden furniture, hot tub and BBQ (please bring your own coal).

The Warren

The Warren is a luxurious underground cave house, located in a secluded hillside on the north side of Loch Tay. Built in true hobbit style with oodles of character, it is set in the hillside with grass roof and exterior, huge circular porthole windows and magnificent curved doors! Access to the house is over a little wooden bridge across a bubbling stream and it has a private hot tub outside set into the spacious patio overlooking the river pond & private garden. Bright, spacious house with panoramic views

A Scottish gem in the heart of Perthshire. This spacious bright house is located at the edge of Loch Earn in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. St Fillans is a picturesque village and provides a great base for exploring rural Perthshire including 43 local Munro’s. Situated on the grounds of a working sheep farm, guests can enjoy the quiet atmosphere. In this walking hotspot there is also ample other activities such as cycling, fishing, golf and water sports on loch Earn.

"Ericht" was completed in April 2022. We are taking bookings now for May 2022 onwards. This is our 2nd cabin and 'Isla' is generally booked months in advance.
