Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. With a full kitchen, you can enjoy the comforts of a meal cooked “at home” from the local farmer’s market, or walk to superb local eateries. We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

The charming and quaint studio cottage is nestled in the heart of downtown Petaluma and features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a bathroom. We are 3 blocks from the historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. If you prefer to stay in, you can dine on the patio under the willow tree. #PLVR-19-0017

Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. Beautifully decorated with a very comfortable plush yet firm queen sized bed. Guaranteed on-street parking in front of property. Dogs only.

Historic D Street Private Bungalow!

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The right pets welcome, but unfortunately we can’t have dogs swimming because it affects the pool negatively— so sorry! We have a 3-year old + Aussie named Luna and she’s good with other dogs, but can be territorial at first. Please cover couch and bed & cleanup after pets —I don’t charge a pet fee so please be mindful of keeping the bungalow clean. Much appreciated.
