Our guests enjoy privacy of our bunkhouse. Living rm/shower/toilet and lav are downstairs. One twin bed and a futon in 'standing room' loft. Queen bed in private bedroom. WIFY and Roku/Hulu. Breakfast fixings: coffee, tea, cereal bars, instant oatmeal, waffle/muffin mix. Microwave, toaster oven, ele. hot plate for cooking. Dorm size refrig/freezer. Several great local restaurants. 4 museums. Pet friendly! $10 for each additional adult, after 2. Approx 6 miles from Cuero and 25 from Victoria.

Bring your kayak for the Goliad Paddling Trail, take a walk in solitiude down the road to the dry creek. 13 Minutes to Yorktown/18 minutes to Goliad. $20 per person over 2 guests. 4 guests max.

Hummingbird House at BQ5 Ranch

This wee cottage was built in 1877, and was a stand-alone kitchen in her former life. Front porch was enclosed to give more interior space, and she's been fully insulated, has new working windows, french doors, and an expanded back porch. Efficiency kitchen, with hot plate, fridge/freezer, full-sized microwave. An outdoor smoker/grill and fire pit are just off the porch for outdoor cooking. Native planted gardens wrap around this cottage making it a hummingbird and butterfly haven!

Perfect for the Snowbird, couples or anyone looking to relax. 30 amp RV hookup and septic available for small fee. Hook up and relax in the home while you do your laundry. Plenty of parking space if you want to bring your boat. This is not a lakefront property. Access via state park. Most pets ok with pre-notification. Absolutely no more than 4 people maximum.

Cabin by the Creek

This is a rustic studio style cabin. This cabin sits on a dry creek bed, overlooking a pond. We have basic furnishings, along with a very comfortable queen metal framed bed, in a 384 sq. ft. living area, and 400 sq. ft. of covered deck. A small kitchen with most amenities, a large claw foot bath tub, outside a relaxing covered deck and fire pit await you. You can also look at our other cabin, “Cabin by the Pond,” on AirBnb.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. It’s fully equipped to be very comfortable and cozy. You will be able to feel right at home but with a touch of the country with cows and nature on sight. This tiny home is located 15 min from downtown, less than 10 minutes from Texas A&M University and Palo Alto College. 281 Country Club is located 2 min away for off-roading and ATV park.
