The Twisted Mermaid @ Smiths

The Twisted Mermaid is a beautiful self-contained modern studio set in a lush garden. This new magnificently appointed studio has its own private entrance, private outdoor area as well as onsite parking. Much care has been taken to ensure the studio is equipped with top end appliances and linen. It comprises of a large bathroom, bedroom and an open plan kitchen and lounge. The studio is a perfect choice for both couples and single travelers. A one minute stroll from the magnificent Smiths Beach.

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.

Welcome to Oceanview Escape, our beachfront home in Surf Beach, Phillip Island. 180° ocean views across the whole upstairs living space, and sand 30m from the front door. Five bedrooms, four bathrooms, sleeps 15. Two master suites with ensuites, both with ocean views. Outside there's an 8-person hot tub, a fire pit and a fully fenced backyard. Fireplace in winter, full heating and cooling year-round.
