Highway House rural home, private & large area.

We call this rural acreage the highway house. It's located in the country with ample parking available. It also is wonderfully accessible to numerous hunting locales for hunters. It's within 10 miles to the Kirwin Wildlife Refuge, and there's great hunting opportunities for deer, pheasant, and other wildlife nearby. The house is located directly off highway 36, so the roads are always accessible. Large flat screen tv with ROKU, and Wifi are provided. Several recliners in living room area.

The Sportsman Lodge

The Sportsman Lodge is a great spot to relax after a day in the field or on the water. It’s spacious, dog-friendly, and has a big yard with room for games or just hanging out. You’ll have access to an outbuilding for cleaning game and storing gear for convenience. The cabin is close to public land, and a variety of public land to explore. My Place

My Place is conveniently located right off Rt. 36, and centrally located 18 miles from Norton and 23 miles from Prairie Dog State Park. Phillipsburg is 15 miles, and past that is Kirwin Wildlife Refuge The beds have gel infused memory foam mattress toppers, LR has a 32" TV w/Amazon Prime, bathroom includes grooming essentials, kitchenette includes coffee, tea, sugar, milk. Free use of washer/dryer, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and USB charging station.

This is a very spacious brick house in Phillipsburg, Kansas with a large fenced in back yard and off street parking. Furnished with all you need to stay in Northwest Kansas, this house will truly make you feel at home. We are conveniently located close to Harlan County Reservoir in Alma, Nebraska or Kirwin Reservoir in Kirwin, Kansas if fishing the area. Phillipsburg also hosts Kansas's Largest Rodeo which our house is 5 minutes from.

Fishing and Hunting Getaway!!

Whole house available for you and up to 6 guest total. There is a traeger grill available to use if needed. Washer and dryer is available for washing clothes. One full bathroom with a tub/shower. Plenty of parking and there are two additional building on the property available if needed. Coffee pot available, paper plates, and utensils available for our guests as well.

This is a very cozy house with 2 bedrooms and a single bathroom. It's conveniently located in Phillipsburg in the middle of town. We have off street parking for two vehicles that can drive right up to the front door. This is a great alternative to the hotels in town if you're looking for a small and cost effective place to stay while in town.

Liberty Lodge

Liberty Lodge is located just minutes away from Kirwin Reservoir. The reservoir is known as the goose capital of Kansas. It also known for its great walleye and crappie fishing. The lodge comes with everything you will need for your stay. DirecTV television, large garage to clean game or fish, and plenty of parking to park vehicles, boats etc.
