The price is set for 2 people if there is a 3rd or 4th person there is a $15.00 charge per person per day. It's set up for 4 guests Max. Gypsum is 4 miles from the Eagle Airport,24 miles east of Glenwood Springs and located between Vail and Aspen. This area offers skiing,flyfishing, rafting, hiking, biking, horse riding and many other activities.

Full of history, this little mining town has a museum, beautiful park with creek running through, multiple restaurants, an ice rink, grocery, drug, recreational stores and more. Great views and access to the Flat Top Wilderness, Stagecoach State Park, Routt MedBow, etc. You’ll love this place because of the location, the price and the comfort. The Home is good for couples, solo, families and furry friends (we accept pets).

Private trails for hiking, biking, xc ski and snowshoe. 4WD or AWD preferred travel in winter. The heat is furnished by a wood stove. Solar powered lights. The composting bathroom is 20 feet away and the shower house a short walk. Water is supplied. Blackstone grill and French press provided.

Cabin on Sweetwater Creek

This is a simple cabin-home is located 7 miles up from the Colorado river on Sweetwater Creek. Three more miles up the road is Sweetwater Lake and the jump off area for the White River National Forest and the Flat Tops Wilderness area. Glenwood Springs is 32 miles down creek/river. Great access to hiking, floating, biking (Glenwood Canyon) and hunting, or best yet relaxing next to a beautiful creek. Brink's Outfitters at Sweetwater Lake has horses and guides for riding.

Enjoy a mountain getaway filled with hiking, swimming, kayaking (you can rent from us), biking, rafting, skiing and Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park (30 minutes away) by day and the hot springs and fine dining by evening. The Alpenglow Bungalow is a newly renovated one bedroom condo, offering a private balcony that is peacefully nestled away in the back of the community! Located only two blocks away from Gondola Square, endless activities are waiting at your doorstep. This top floor unit is the perfect home base and offers incredible amenities, such as two hot-tubs, a pool, various grill stations throughout the community, and even a well maintained volleyball court for summer fun!

High Country Hideaway - Cozy 2 BR on Main Street

It’s hiding in plain sight! This isn’t an office, it’s your High County Hideaway, with the fastest WiFi in Routt County, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a pipin’ hot shower, and access to the fine amenities of Oak Creek. There’s a pull out couch and an air mattress just in case. Have a stay in real cowboy country, away from the condos in Steamboat, but less than half an hour from the slopes.

The Villa Costalotta

The Villa Costalotta (we are being facetious) is a standalone building separated from our cabin by a paved alleyway. We live out in the country, just 3 miles from Eagle, with no near neighbors so mostly what you hear is the creek behind the building and the nearest neighbor’s rooster crowing. We have installed Starlink for internet service with over 100Mbps download speed.
